In Japanese, I am currently learning the language, self-taught, and am able to ask very basic questions. I knew some basic Mandarin phrases about a year ago, I am a beginner in the language. I want to be able to be able to have intermediate and possibly advanced conversations in Mandarin in the future.
I think this would benefit me in the future as a business person, although currently I am just a student. I am willing to dedicate quite a lot of time to the lessons as long as I am seeing good results (multiple hours a week).
The qualities I am looking for in a teacher is someone that is patient, a good teacher, and has good english skills as well.
