I came USA last saturday(29, May) this year, and I will stay here for 6 months.
My English proficiency level is intermidiate. but I am not good enough to communicate with a foreigner who speaks English.
So, I want to improve my English on both speaking and listening.
The program I want to learn is as follows;
- Term : 3 ~ 4 months or more if needed.(Jun ~ August or september)
- Time : 1 or 2 hours after 6:00 pm and 2 ~ 3 times/week(3 times preferable)

I am engaged to an American businessman and we live in philadelphia for about 6 months per year and Rio for 6 months. I am able to speak and make myself understood, but my grammar is not good. My proficiency level in English is Advance I already took the TOEFL test my score was 225, but I have some problems with my pronunciation so I would like to improve my accent and pronunciation .
The reason that I am learning English is for career advancement and be able to get my master degree.
I feel that my pronuciation and accent I need particular improvent as well grammar. I can dedicate mor than 1 hour very day for class.

He is a beginner, he's only started learning the alphabet and vowels the last couple weeks.
He is very determined to learn the english language. He was a builder the last 9 years and hopes to return to that work within the next few months. He is not used to sitting around without work and I his wife am teaching him the basics of english the last couple of days.
He needs help in all areas, grammar, day to day conversation, particularly the sounding of words. He gets confused because they taught him French in Lebanon and the a, e, i, o, u are pronounced different in English.
We'd like to dedicate at least two months to the language lessons if not more.
He was going to english school the last month but they don't teach the alphabet or vowels or how to make a sentence. There's no communication between teacher and students. It's appalling. Were looking for a teacher whose understanding , patient and willing to help a foreigner who is willing and determined to master the english language.
