I am a beginner & planning to learn Thai for communication , also for future regional job prospects that might required to be based in Thailand.
I would like to be able to converse & eventually get into grammatically correct sentences for a more professional touch .
at the moment I would like to see if 3 months is sufficient for some basic conversation & understanding of basic Thai.
I would prefer a teacher that has strong understanding of the language & other related Thai background/cu lture relating to the langua to help me to relate to the language more completely.

I am seeking lessons at the beginner level. My intention is to retire in Thailand three to four years from now. I am a native English speaker from the USA. It would be important for me to have one midweek lesson and one weekend lesson per week. The important qualities that my teacher should have are; native Thai speaker, flexible teaching schedule, perhaps teach on the weekend while moving about the Tokyo area instead of a classroom situation, develope a teacher/stude nt friendship relationship.
