I am going to be moving to Switzerland soon with my husband and 2 kids (2 and 4) and would like to start learning some basic German before we get there. I am a beginner, although did have some German lessons (long forgotten) at High School.
We move in the middle of August and are away for 3 weeks in July but I would like to try to cram some lessons in between now and when we leave.
My older child is at day care, but my 2 year old is at home with me - so lessons would have to happen with him present - preferably at my house.
It would be nice for both kids to learn German while we're in Switzerland and if there was something I could do lesson-wise to help them start that would be great too.

I would like to learn a foreign language because I a have always been fascinated with other cultures. I also plan to travel a lot and maybe even move to another country someday. I am especially driven towards the Italian culture.
I would like to become fluent in Italian, German and Spanish someday. I studied Spanish in school for a while and I have tried to teach myself Italian, but I think I need an instructor to help me. I find it particularly difficult for me to study grammar. I will try to invest as much time as I can into my language lessons. I would enjoy lessons that are interactive and challenging.

I started learning French and German while I was in America, mainly because it was a requirement to at least have two years in a foreign. I took French and German because they seemed the most appealing to study to me, but I personally felt that I was deprived of a true learning experience in those classes. Even with 2-3 years in a language I would say I am at a beginners level and would require improvement in all fields of the language. I would like to dedicate at least 1-2 hours to studying the language with a teacher who is patient.

Greetings,
I need help with my German. I live in Berlin, but I work two weeks out of the month in Arnhem. WhenI am here I would like to spend some of this time improving my German. I do not have any special needs (like work or anything) I just need help improving my grammar and learning new things.
Si nce I am in Arnhem, I think we would have to do our lessons on Skype.
