R eason for learning language: I am supposed to be the subject matter expert for a Financial System thats main interface is in Swedish. Moreover, most of the docs I receive are in Swedish. My customer base is also predominantly swedish.
T ime : 2-4 hours in a week. Can be reconsidered depending on the progress.
I am looking for a teacher who can teach me not just the spoken Swedish but making sense of written Swedish as well. Specially the technical words (not very technical, as I will be dealing with financial systems not Rocket Science).

My level would be a Beginner. I know some words and some phrases. example: Tack sa mycket, Tack for maten. though I had to look these up for spelling reasons.
W hy? I live with and plan to marry a girl from Sweden (Malmo) and would like to be able to converse with her family in their langauge. Also, If I am to marry her, there may be the possibilty that I may end up living there some day.
Need improvement in most areas, Grammer and parts of speech. though I know some words it is difficult to form sentences.
I would like to get on a regimen of 2 times a week, for 1-2 hours each session. with homework type learning on top of that.
I would like a teacher that is acclaimated to the southern dialect of Sweden. (if possible, if not, my girlfriend will be here to help)
