My name is Michael and I live in Greece. I am a resident in orthopaedic surgury and I would like to study in Sweden too after some time. My proficiency level in Swedish is 'beginner'.I speek English, Romanian and a little French. I always studied new languages with a live, in person, system. I am willing to try to study Swedish via internet because of the convenience of such a system and because it's hard to find a teacher where I live. My work schedule is quite hectic so spending time moving from one place in Athens (great traffic jam city) to another would not be my first choice. I am curious if such a learning method is viable because if it can be, it would be great for me.

I would like to take swedish as my A2 (or second language) for my IB diploma (at a standard level) which my school doesn't offer. I'm going to be in my senior year, and the IB swedish syllabus needs to be followed in order to achieve an IB diploma and in taking this course. I'm not a beginner, I'm fluent in swedish, but I speak better than I write. I would need to complete the number of hours needed for A2 swedish at standard level.

- I am a beginner but not starting from scratch. i have had about 8 months worth of lessons. These however were some time ago and starting will almost be like starting from scratch.
- I am learning Swedish as my girlfriend is Swedish and we wish to move to Sweden in the next five years on a perminent basis.
- I need improvement in all areas of the language.
- I work on a perminent shift pattern and need to fit in lessons around the different hours which i work.
- I am looking for lessons which make the learning fun and also easy to break down and remember. I am looking for a teacher who is dedicated and can get a difficult language to stick in my thick head.
