My proficiency level = beginner.
I would like to learn Turkish because my boyfriend of 2 years is Turkish. I visit Turkey quite regularly and need to be able to converse in Turkish to his family and follow everyday conversation! I have picked up some aspects of the language but need formal instruction on grammar and conversation.
I would like to have 1-2 lessons a week.
I am looking for a patient teacher: I do not speak any other languages and do not know how fast I will learn.

I am a 25 years-old girl willing to learn some Turkish.I would like to start like a beginner,as I´ve never studied this language.My reason to study Turkish is that my partner is from Turkey and I would like to speak some Turkish in order to communicate with his family.I would like to study in Izmir because my partner lives in this city nowadays.
I would like to have an intensive course,this would be discussed with the teacher but my wish is to study two or three hours everyday from monday to friday.I would like to start in the beginning of march 2005,and if everything was allright,I would like to go on for 3 months,until the end of may.I would like to work grammar but also conversation. I am looking for a teacher who is dinamic and speaks good English.

I am very keen to learn Turkish as I am planning to move to Turkey eventually, and feel I would benefit greatly from being able to speak the language.
I would class myself as a beginner although I have managed to pick up some words and phrases from the numerous trips I have taken, and the people I know.
I don't have enough jnowledge of the language to be able to ditinguish which parts need particular improvement. At the moment, and new words are an improvement!
I would be looking to dedicate a couple of hours a week to the language lessons, as I already have two jobs to contend with, so do not have a great deal of spare time.
I would want a tutor who is friendly, and approachable, and lessons that are that infomative and useful.
