My level i japanese is more than beginner. I know all the hiragana/kata kana and a small amount of kanji.
French and Korean i am an absolute beginner. I would like to dedicate at least one hour a week for the meantime, and probably mid year i'll push the lessons up to 2hrs a week. With that i will dedicate time to practice at home everyday.
Currently a 3rd year University student and a part time worker. I prefer teachers who have qualification in teaching language/teac hing. I would rather talk in the non formal grammar as it is quite common now days to not talk formally (Japanese with their desu at the end of the sentence)

Hello,
I've been living in Japan for the past year and want to continue learning Japanese when I return home in February 2010. I am a beginner using the Genki 1 textbook and have completed nearly half of it. I am hoping to have private or semi private lessons for 1 hour per week.
