I have recently taken a job in Shanghai. I have second language experience (intermediate German), but no Mandarin and it is important to me to put some energy into learning. I would like to acquire some literacy also, not jut speaking. I would like to learn Mandarin for career advancement.
I am able to speak very basic Mandarin but would like to learn fluent conversationa l Mandarin. Reading+writi ng will be a bonus.
I need to learn within 10 weeks (now till 30th June 2013). For these 10 weeks, I can dedicate 3 classes per week, or as necessary based on progress and goals.
