I am taking the liberty of writing to you after I found your email address on the internet while searching for possible places to contact people.
SO FTITLER®, a division of Deluxe® Digital Studios, is currently seeking mother tongue translators to create subtitles for Hollywood films (mostly in American English) that are subsequently released on DVD (Digital Video Disks) and/or for streaming for Internet video.
It is possible to work with us from any country in the world as long as one has 10 hours or more availability per week and access to a computer (not Macintosh) of adequate capacity. Preference is given to translators who are in possession of a DSL or higher speed Internet connection.
If you feel that this opportunity is of interest to you, could you please send us a comprehensive copy of your Curriculum Vitae in English as soon as possible to the given email address.
We subsequently ask qualified individuals to complete a Proficiency Test as part of the application process. As we need many more translators, it would be helpful if you could give us email addresses of interested freelance translators.
We are also looking at part-time full-time translators at our facility on MG Road, Bangalore.

Sir/Madam,
I am interested in learning Spanish. I have no prior knowledge of Spanish. The reason I would like to learn this language is, for the sake of learning an interesting new language and not for any. I would first like to be fluent in spoken Spanish before moving on to other areas.I am not sure how the classes will be structured, so as of now I feel I can devote about an hour to two hours, thrice a week. I would like a teacher who is patient and fluent in the language (preferably one who's native language is Spanish). The language I am most comfortable with is English (that's just for your information, since Tamil is listed as my native tongue).
