My wife is Russian and we travel to Russia every year. I have a very rudimentary knowledge that allows me to engage in extremely simple conversations , but would like to become more conversationa l. Don't have time to learn advanced grammar, just looking to improve conversationa l skills. I'm looking to take one or two evening classes per week. I am an intermediate/ advanced spanish student. I have studied abroad in Spain twice, but I really need to practice in order to keep up my Spanish. I am interested in learning Spanish because I love the language and culture. It is also helpful for my career since I work in the public schools. I really need to improve my grammar and conversationa l fluency. I need more confidence in speaking. Ideally, I would like to have at least one or two lessons per week. I am looking for a teacher who is patient and able to explain the grammar rules in a meaningful way. I need help with grammar but I do want to practice conversation too.
