Fo r a linguistics student I think Korean is a fascinating language especially in it's written form.

I want to learn korean because i have a relative in korea, i also wish to one day tour korea. I watch and listen to korean music and movies but with english subtitles but wish to one day understand korean without the help or translation!

I'm wanting to learn Korean to further my knowledge of other languages and also to help with any job requirements of knowing a language other than English. I am an absolute beginner with no previous knowledge of Korean at all. Lessons ranging from an 1-2 hours every week would be preferable. I'm hoping to become fluent in speaking and reading.
