I am looking for people to teach me French, as I will soon (most probably) be going to a french speaking nation / city for my higher (doctoral) studies. Though there are facilities available for me to learn French after I join my study program, there is not restriction that I should not be learning it now, before I actually join my study program. Hence this description here. I' m looking to learn the mandarin language very fluently so I'd like my teacher to be really fluent and very task oriented.
