After a recent trip abroad that brought me into contact with the German language and culture, I have become very interested in learning to speak at least the basics of German. I have no previous experience with this language other than this recent trip, but I am an enthusiastic and dedicated student, and love learning new things. I would be interested in 1 or 2 lessons a week, perhaps 1 or 2 hours each.

I live in Germany part of the year and when I come back to visit Calgary I would like to practice my conversation skills. I am an advanced beginner (B1). I have taken 600 hours of the german intergration course but feel I need improvement with my verbal skills. I seem to 'lose' my german everytime I come back to Calgary and visit. I plan to be in Calgary for 12 weeks starting in the middle of June 2010. I can dedicate 1-3 hours a week, more if required. I am flexible as it is my summer holidays. I am looking for someone who will help me pronounce german words properly and have conversations that are grammatically correct.
