I am contacting you on behalf of my wife. I am emailing you from the UK,as my wife is still in Jalandhar. She is at intermediate level, particularly in writing, however she wants to improve her conversation skills.
Sh e is learning English because she is due to live in the UK with myself and we feel it would be helpful if she improved her conversation skills.

I am a beginner. The reason I want to learn French is that I want this for my career advancement, besides my interest in foreign lands and its peoples. There can, in my opinion, be no better way of learning the ways of the people who are forgein to us, than by learning their language.
Language is the gateway to the psyche of the people and a direct root to their minds & hearts.
I can spare 2~3 hours a week for learning French.
