I am learning the language because I fell in love with it a long time ago. Now I work for a company that has operations in Latin America and must improve my fluency. I believe I am at intermediate level and need to move to advanced.
I must learn both Spanish and Portuguese because of my job but will start with Spanish since I can speak a bit. I require one on one lessons and rapid progress. Everyone I work with is from Latin America so practice is available.
I understand the structure of the grammar but I need conversationa l practice to improve and build confidence.
I want a teacher that will take me to advanced state in at least 6 months.

Its for personal possible career advancement. I am a beginner, never learned Spanish before. I would like to study once a week to keep up with the language and keep my mind fresh. Throught my experience I can't learn if someone speaks and I write at the same time I need to see and listen and then write, I observe the information better.
