I am wanting to learn Albanian so that i can speak to my girlfriend in her native language and surprise her for her birthday and also speak to her family in their language. I know no Albanian already so would be starting from the very beginning. I am willing to dedicate 2 hours most weekdays to lessons and then an additional 3 hours everyday to further improve on my own. I am looking for a teacher that can advance my basic skills quickly but also focus on my pronunciation as that is what has let me down with other languages in the past.

I am married to an Albanian man, and would like to be able to communicate with his family. I can speak a few words and understand a little, but cannot but a sentence together. I would like to have as many lessons as I can afford and can practice at home with my husband and his family. I would like the teacher to be patient with me as I find languages difficult.
