I wish to communicate in the slovak language, as my girlfriend is Slovak and we some times have trouble to express our deepest feelings to one another. I also wish to communicate with her family and friends, as we live in australia at present we are moving to Slovakia and to be able to communicate and write and understand grammer, will assist me in my work oppotunities and mostly have a fulfilled relationship where we are able to express our feelings with each other, without missunderstan ding one another, which at times can create friction from a simple misunderstand ing of what we are trying to say to one another.
To sum it up i know very little (beginner) i am a fast learner and wish to fast track my learning. I would like to dedicate as much time as possible, i also would like to discuss this with a teacher and gauge how many hours i should set aside to achieve my goal. I have reasonably flexible hours and are willing to commit to achiev this.
The Quality of my lessons should be detailed as i wish to be able to express emotional thoughts and and communicate through business and work obligations. thankyou

Beginner- Been to Czech Republic when 12yrs old
Have Czech Relatives- Both grandparents Slovak
I want to learn Czech because I am going their next year to stay with family, I am going to interview them for a documentary I am making. I want to be able to converse with them in Czech. I also would like to be able to understand the similarities with the Slovak language.
I would like to dedicate two hours a week- online video call (Skype), to learning this language.
I am looking for a teacher who can help me place the language between Czech and Slovak, and who is friendly. I would like a teacher who is easy to understand and good at teaching both written and spoken components of the language.
