Beginner, I think it is important to speak two languages, and have always wanted to learn. My daughter is engaged to a Mexican man, and they want their children to be bi-lingual, I would like to be able to speak to my grandchildren in both languages. I would like to learn with my younger daughter, and possibly a friend.

Not really a beginner and not intermediate. I would like to be better as I fly a lot to Mexico and also just for personal improvement. I would like 2 lessons a week, every other week.
I would like a teacher that is patient as well as demanding to keep me motivated.

Proficiency: Beginner, sometimes listen to CDs in the car. Currently only know present tense.
Why I am learning: I would like to be able to carry on a simple conversation with Hispanic people I meet.
Areas for improvement: conversation practice, since I seem to freeze and can't remember any words

Beginner Level; I am Korean, but have been living in the USA for over 15 years, my husband is American.
My husband has taken over management a busienss in Lima, Peru, and I am moving to Lima in January to join him.
I would like to learn some basic Spanish conversation before I get there so I can be more comfortable, and more helpful to my husband. I will continue Spanish lesons in Lima.
I want to dedicate an hour or two each day if possible; I don't have much time, and want a concentrated course.
I need a teacher that understands that I won't haev the time for a real course of instruction, and we need to tailor the lessons to basic every day conversationa l needs so I can shop, deal with maids and drivers etc.

I have had some lessons, not much. I am in the construction business and need to be able to speak and understand spanish with confidence. I would be interested in taking private lessons once or twice a week. I need a instructor who enjoys teaching and is fun to be around. I want to look forward to my lessons and not look for an excuse to reschedule. I would like to know the correct way to speak spanish, but speak the slang like one of the guys.
