My proficiency level in the languages is Beginner, being the only things I've acquired are simple things from friends. My pronunciation is miserable in both languages, being I really never hear how to speak it. The only thing I've ever used to speak is music. Which can't be very helpful.
I am learning the languages because I plan on visiting Korea, and Japan eventually.
I need improvement in the entire languages. Plus, I have interest in both sorts of music, and would like to be able to understand what I am listening to.
I am willing, and able, to dedicate as much time as needed for learning. I am genuinely interested in learning both of these languages, and becoming fluent.
I would like a teacher that is responsive, helpful, patient, and able to explain things in different ways. It would be nice to have one that can easily accommodate me, and I am able to understand.

Learning Japanese has always been an interest for me, but there is no chance for me to do so as I have been moving around. hi my name is samantha williams. i want to learn to speak swahili because i think it is a very unique and different language to me and i love it. I know absolutley nothing about the language so im a beginner. lol. i need all the help i can get with the language because im destined to learn it. I am willing to devote as much time as possible to learn this language. the qualities im lookin for in my lessons is that i learn as much as i can in one day and be able to remember it very well and very quickly. and the qualities im looking for in my teacher is that i want he/she to be really nice a patient with me cuz i no it takes some work to learn a whole new language. I want them to be determined along with me to teach me so i can learn the language fluently because i do wish to learn this language very fluenty. i want to learn it like i know english u no wat i mean? so if any one can please teach me i really want to learn i really do appriciate it. bye for now! :)

I have been to Brasil many times, and so I've been able to learn a lot of Portuguese, but I'm not fluent, yet, and I really would like to become fluent. I can give about 15 hours a week for 3 weeks (maybe 6 weeks depending) for studying the language this summer. I need to improve in vocabulary,an d conversation. I understand a lot, and know simple grammar, but I'd like to learn more.
