I wanted to learn Chinese Mandarin and I am proud to say that I am a beginner to this language and I wanted to learn for career advancement and we are palnning to visit Hong Kong which I believe is a country that uses foreign language such as Mandarin. And I wanted to take the lessons every other day or if the time permits me to do so because I am a working mom. I am expecting my teacher to be nice and patient to beginners like me and I wanted my teacher to be passionate in want he/she is doing.

My children expressed an interest in learning Chinese. I enrolled them in a local weekend class, and though they have learned, neither likes it. I think they are still interested in the language, and just need a different teaching style and environment. My children are 9 and 7. I would be sitting in on their sessions so that I understand enough to help them with homework. We are looking for perhaps two hour-long sessions per week. Which days of the week is mostly open. Mornings are probably better.
