I am a beginner speaking in Mandarin.
I have lived in China for 4 months and used my Chinese language for shopping, travelling around, eating, telling people about myself.
My vocabulary is limited but my listening skills and pronunciation is good.
I want to continue learning Chinese so that I may return there and work next year, 2009. My aim is to be fluent at some time in the future!
I would also like to learn characters, and hope one day i can read and understand Chinese poetry.
I need help with grammar as i learnt from conversation and not from books.
I wish to have 1 on 1 learning time with a teacher for at least 2 hours per week. I wish to study all of this year.
