I am interested in learning this language for several reasons. Later this year I am planning my first trip to Ethiopia. I intend on going to and from this area often in the next coming years of my life and at some point to totally move there. I speak a little amharic now, I am yearning to become fluent in the language as my wife and son are Ethiopian and I would very much like to make the effort she has made to learn english.
