The prospective student is actually my five-year-old son.
He already speaks Thai very well, as I have been speaking with him since birth. He also is very familiar with many of the characters and can read short, simple words.
We are looking for an instructor who is comfortable teaching children and who can continue to encourage the interest he already has in his heritage.
Currently we are looking at approximately 1 - 1/2 hour weekly lessons, but we would be happy to discuss options regarding how much time would be appropriate to spend on lessons.

I have friends from Thailand and very much would want to communicate with them in Thai.I am more interested in conversation. To learn in a group of not more than 6 is ideal. Find that learning in group is more moltivating than one to one. I would prefer a teacher who is Thai, patient and has sense of responsible. Reasonable fees is also considerable. Thanks
