I have taken a beginning course in mandarin Chinese, but that was 4 years ago and I have forgotten much of it. I took a beginning course in French 2 years ago. I am a beginner, but at least have exposure to both languages. I am learning these languages simply for my own personal satisfaction. I need improvement in pretty much all areas. I would like to dedicate at least one day a week to the lessons.

Proficiency level is beginner. I now basic greetings and numbers. My desire to learn Manadarin is to be able to communicate more effectively with my fiance' who is currently living in China and taking English lessons. I need improvement in all areas as I have primarily studied by using audio language courses. I willing to dedicate as much time to learning as I can. I currently listen to tapes and CD's going to an from work every day. Qualities desired fora an instructor are native speaker with scheduling flexibilty.

My daughter is a beginner in all three languages, I would like for her to become more fluent in all three. This opportunity will be of great value in her future, as much time needed to master the language and its cultural benefits.
My brother is interested in Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, and korean; due to his career goals in animation.
As for myself my spanish and french skills are intermediate, I can identify everyday objects, places, and numbers in both languages. I would like to hold a meaningful conversation with my peers. Since my time is very limited I would only be able to dedicate two days a week for training.
I would like a teacher who is very lively, confident, and enthustiastic about her training techniques.
