I'm a married 36 year old who works in the telecommunica tions industry. I have been studying on my own for the last year with 'chinesepod.c om' and can now have small broken conversation, order food, and buy things. I do think that having a teacher would better improve my mandarin. I live near Fort Worth, but can travel to Dallas for lessons. Group lessons are OK.

I was born in Pennsylvania, My native Language is English, but I am fluent in French and Spanish. I am a young business man and public speaker. I want to learn Mandarin for business reasons.
