I am interested in learning Mandarin as I am moving to Tianjin in October 2007 with work for six months. I would like to learn danish and am a complete beginner in every sense!
I need a basic understanding but would like to achieve a very good level of competancy in the language.
I would like to have 1 - 2 lessons a week and I need a relaxed patient and smiley teacher!

The lessons would be for me and my sister. Neither of us speak Italian at all. I am interested in learnig for my future career as well as a general desire to speak the language. My sisters partner is Scottish/Ital ian and their 1 year old daughter will soon be able to speak Italian as she is being taught it by my brother in law. My sister wants to learn for this reason.
We are willing to spend any amount of time to learn.

We have a house in Croatia and would like to be able to improve our conversation.
We would spend 1 hour per week.
