I am an immigrant from Thailand who has never had proper lesson to learn english and as a consequence my language skills are passable but certainly a long way from perfect and my reading and writng skills are still quite basic. I would ideally like to be tutored by a native or at least very proficient Thai speaker who also must naturally possess faultless english. I need to especially improve my reading and writing skills in order to give me more career opportunities . The lessons would need to be flexible in timing as I work on a Fly in/ fly out remote site and could only learn on my weeks off.

I've just moved to Tokyo from Australia and realised pretty quickly that my university Japanese has not been much help. I think I would be considered an upper beginner, I haven't taken a JLPT exam before but from looking at practice tests I think I would pass the first (most basic) one relatively easily.
My grammar and reading are okay, I can study those in books. What I really need help with is conversationa l ability. My speaking and listening are way below the level required to get by here and that's where I need a tutor.
Ide ally, if it's affordable I'd like to do 2-3 hours of lessons per week but it will depend on the cost.
