Hi! This spring I'm hoping to learn some Portuguese before I head off to Angola to teach English for 6 weeks. I'd like to know enough so that I can explain myself at the airport, and so that I can understand the basics. My knowledge of Portuguese at the moment is limited to Sim/Nao, so I'm pretty sure I could use a little help in Conversationa l portuguese before I go. The trouble is I have odd working hours, since I work as a tour guide in May and June, and so I'm hoping to do a few hours a week. I will know my schedule two weeks in advance, but I can't plan anything before that.
I'd really rather not have too much 'listen&repea t' type of things, but more actual practise of the language so that I can actually speak and be understood.
