I am a beginner and wish to learn Spanish for professional development. I work in a non-profit organization that has recently entered into a partnership with a similar organization in Guatemala. I will be hosting young Mayans in the fall of this year before heading to Guatemala myself the following February. I would ideally like to speak enough Spanish to carry on a conversation and to do some interpreting for others. I am looking to dedicate 3-9 hours a week, depending on cost.

For the purposes of career advancement I am interested in learning Mandarin. I am a beginner. I live in a city where increasingly people speak Chinese and I wish to be able to communicate with them. I live in Richmond BC. If you live near that's great. If you don't but plan to visit Canada then please keep my name. I make a good 'tour guide'.
I have an interesting situation that a teacher, who wants to improve her/his english may be interested in.
I own a pet products business and I MUST TRAVEL around western Canada part time about 2 or 3 times a month. I would love to have someone accompany me who will teach me as we travel by car around western Canada. This is ideal for a person who is new to Canada and who wants to see the country OR a person who is just bored and looking for something interesting to do.
This would be a mutual language exchange and I will pay all expenses and if necessary a salary also.
