I am learning French for two reasons:
1) career advancement within my organisation
2) personal interest
M y proficiency level is a somewhat advanced beginner. I can read it much easier than speak or hear it. I have had formal lessons with colleagues at work. I travel a lot so it is difficult to go to class twice per week. Continued learning in grammar and conversation is essential. I am willing to devote as much time as needed and am willing to work in person as well as use distance learning methods.
I am open to individual or small group lessons.
M y teacher needs to be creative and holistic in the approach, making it practical rather than an academic exercise, flexible in scheduling and willing to work using different delivery methods.

I'd like to learn German to help with my job prospects as well as for social reasons. I'm a complete beginner with regard to German so I need to work on the basics. I'm looking for face-to-face lessons, preferably with a native speaker, partly for the practice as well as correcting my pronounciatio n. I'm working, so I'd like 1-2 hours lessons per week to begin with and then we'll see how it goes. I'd like to get to a good level within 4-6 months.
