Hello
i am 37 and have travelled to Ukraine and Russia many times and feel its time i learnt the language so i can truly understand family and friends .i have business in the Mediterranean and hope to move there in 2011 so to be closer to eastern Europe . so that's why i need your help . i have only basic words maybe 100 max ,i understand some other words but have trouble saying them .i want to learn to write in Russian .i have a business here in new Zealand as well so time is hard to find but i can make time for once a week at any time preferably mornings around 10 would be perfect. i look for someone who is patient and reliable !

My family is moving to Moscow, Russia and I am interested in learning the language. I helped my family move for the past week (March 1) and coming back to Amsterdam (March 7). I have not studied Russian before but the 10 days I was in Moscow, I am able to teach my self to read Russian. I am an absolute beginner and possibly going back to Moscow sometime this year.
I am looking to learn Russian once to twice a week with one until two hours per meeting. I need a patient teacher to teach me this beautiful language so I can communicate to the locals every time I am there.

I would like to learn these languages, because when i am older, i would like to be a succesful translater and/or english teacher. I most importantly want to learn russian and croatian because Russian is fun to learn and my cousin knows russian, I want to learn croatian because i have a friend who lives in croatia. I know very little words in croatian, but some sentences in russian. I am familiar with russian greetings, how to write them, and the pronuciation of the russian letters. I think i need improvement on the russian accent, I just can't get it 100% right. I would like to spend as much time as I can learning the languages. Maybe even 2-3 hours a day every day! But I wouldn't want to upset the tutor. I am looking to be very fluent in Russian, and in croatian i would just like to be able to carry on an average conversation.
