I want to learn French because I have a French citizenship and I do not want it to go to waste. I believe that having another language in my arsenal is like being another person.
I am a beginner at French - I learned it at school for 2.5 years and had to discontinue it because I started IB. I know the basics, but I still need to work a lot on it to have it fluent.
I want to be able to write and read in French, but especially have the oral skills to converse in French.
Si nce I am in my last year of IB my time is a little short when it comes to hobbies, so I would like to dedicate 1-2 hours per week to my language lessons, not including any homework.
From 11 and a half years of school I noticed it is the easiest to learn in a class when the teacher is fun and understanding . The methods should be informative, but not too strict, as the student's interest in the subject is the main element that affects the student's performance in the class.
