My husband and I are expatriates living abroad in a former soviet republic. I have been taking Russian lessons on and off this past year and want to continue when I return to Montreal for the summer. I really want to learn Russian. I am sincere and very smart. I am in enriched English.I've always been interested in Russian history and politics. I'd love to visit it. I guess my main reason to learn Russian is to be able to communicate with the millions of Russian in this world. I'd expect that normally that many teachers would turn a blind eye towards me after seeing my age thinking that i wouldn't be serious but I assure you that I would be more serious than your average adult student.
