I want to learn Arabic becuase I have a great interest in the region, and I might want to do a Phd down the road. Also it would help me get jobs that I am interested in.
My level is beginner. I have taken Level 1 and 2 (written and Lebanese) with a different teacher.
I need to expand my knowledge in both written and I need a lot of work with conversation.
I want to dedicate as much time as I can afford the lessons.
I am looking for a teacher that can really help me out get the sounds of the letters down and who can help me help myself by motivating me in and out of class.

I am trying to improve my basic portuguese because I will be travelling to brasil in a couple months time for my fathers wedding. I have the basic portuguese so I would say I am at a beginner level. I want to improve my grammar and conversation. I am willing to dedicate 1-2hours per day and 3-4 days during the week. I have until August 15th. I would like to learn Arabic to further my linguistic skills and further my chances of gaining employment in my chosen career. I have no previous experience in Arabic, written or spoken. I am willing and wanting to dedicate two hours weekly to my lessons and as much time as it takes outside of lesson time (take home tests, homework etc.)
I speak English and French fluently, and would like my instructor to be of patient nature and understand it may take more time for me to pick up written as opposed to spoken language skills.
