Dear Teacher,
My name is Luke and I am looking for Beginner Mandarin classes. I have only recently moved to Malaysia after living in Taiwan for 3 years. I would like to learn the language to help me at work. I am the academic director of an English Language centre and a lot of our students are Chinese. I would like to be able to speak with the parents about the progress of their children and answer any questions they may have. I would also like to be able to do a little selling in Mandarin to prospective new parents.
I was wondering if you would have any time available to teach me in the evenings during the week? Ideally I would like to have 2 lessons per week. I live near Centro in Klang but unfortunately I do not have any transport so would need to do the lessons at a neutral venue(such as Centro?).

I wanted to learn foreign language to enhance my career development rather than maintain with the current language that I know now. It is a good opportunity for me as well to learn better other culture and language to improve myself in daily life.
My proficiency level will be definitely in the beginner stage and I am hoping to improve my writing, grammar, conversation and verbal area since it is my first time in this area.
Rega rds to the time spend on this language lesson, I think the best duration will be around 2-3 hours depending on the module it self. As for the quality of lesson, I am very thankful if the teachers can give the best lesson experience while teaching.

-I am seeking to learn Mandarin for general communication and future business use.
-I have studied mandarin on my own for about a 1 year.
-I am considering to spend one session per week for a class on weekends or evening during weekdays (after 7:30 pm if possible).
