I wish to finish college with a degree in International Business and would like to learn the languages of the companies I will be dealing with. I am a beginner with no knowledge of Mandarin, and very little knowledge of Japanese. I am willing to dedicate 30min to an hour to each language. One lesson every other week. I am a beginner at Mandarin. I had been searching for a way to learn the language for a while until I found this website. I really like the idea of being one on one with my teacher. I visited China last year and plan on going back, but would like to become more familiar with their language first. I also hope to study Mandarin in college, so I would like to prepare for tests concerning class placement. I hope to be able to dedicated about 30-60 minutes a day to learning the language. I would like to meet once every week, if possible, with my teacher.

I have Zero knowledge of Chinese. I speak fluently Spanish and English. I need to learn to write and speak correctly in Chinese. I want to work in Immigration law (paralegal) and believe that speaking Chinese will increase my possibilities of getting a good job. I want to meet 3 hrs week, either one 3 hr session or two 1.5 hrs sessions a week. I need a teacher who is flexible, experienced, patient, responsible. I am willing to pay up to 25 hr in one to one tutoring system. If group class is available that would work well with me to save money as long as no more than 4 students are in class.
