I will like to live in Russia with my friend for a while at least.
We will travel a little as well. It is important for me to understand and speak the language.
I'm a beginner and will like to concentrate mainly on conversation.
I will like at least 2 or more lessons per week.
The qualities I'm looking for?? I will like a teacher that will guide me is speaking and understanding Russian how it is commonly used everyday, but not wast to much time on the areas of the language that I will not really benefit me.

1] I want to learn russian as I will be travelling to Russia, Siberia and kamchatka for a few months as part of my job.
2] I'm a beginner. I do not know any russian.

4] I realize that learning a language involves a lot of practice which I'm willing to do on my own accord. I would like to spend an hour or so with the teacher everyday as I intend to go to Russia in 3-4 months.
