I have almost no knowledge of Thai but I have been there several times and after recently returning again I am acutely emabarrasssed that I know nothing of the language. So I would be happy with an introduction to Thai so that next time I can at least say a few things to people. I will need a patient teacher and I do not know how much time I can devote to my studies but as I am self employed I should be flexible

I am new to Thai, I will be visiting Thailand next summer and want to be able to communicate with the locals. I would like to dedicate 1-2 lesson per week because I live in Olympia. My proficiency level is that of a complete beginner. I want to learn since I plan to work in Thailand and settle down on a long term basis in Thailand. I think my main area of concern is day to day conversation in Thai. I plan to put in atleast 6 months in mastering this language and work further in correct grammar. The teacher I'm looking forth needs to be a good conversationi st in everyday talking Thai.
