Primarily, I wish to improve my Catalan. At the moment, I have basic conversation, and my understanding is quite good. However I want to improve as I go to Catalonia 2-3 times per year as my partner is Catalan. My reading and writing is quite poor, so I will need to improve these too.

I spent the summer in Porto doing an internship. I know the basics (ordeing food, general conversation) but I struggled to comprehend what native speakers were saying (I would ask them to repeat it slowly but then they would just say it in English). I went over without a word but brought a phrase book which was useful. I am returning to Porto in March for 6 months to continue the internship and I would like to have a better understanding of the language.
I would like to have a 1hour/2hour lesson a week.

I am enquiring for my son who is 17 and wants to learn Danish. We have relatives in Denmark and my son was also considering doing state exams. My son would be joined by a friend so there would be two learners (complete beginners). Classes could be delivered via internet/ skype ideally twice a week. The teachers approach should be very structured and designed to build confidence/ love of the language.
