I would like to learn Bosnian in preparation for perhaps moving to Bosnia as a teacher.

Italian:
I have taken two years of college-level courses in Italian, with good grades and solid results. My family is Italian and my native language Spanish, so it is very easy for me to pick up the pronununciati on and to understand grammar rules, such as accents, spelling, and even verb conjugation.
I am looking to polish my speaking and writing skills, since I am quite proficient at reading (because of the Spanish). I am learning for pure pleasure, but am willing to put in the time required for the lessons, but would like them not to exceed 3 hrs a week.
Looking for a Native Speaker who has flexible hours, since most of my classes will have to take place in the afternoon (I am a Master's Student).

I am a beginner in Mandarin. I have never had classes, study lessons, and have never been exposed to repeated listening of the language, so I would be very much at a loss during the first weeks.
However, I am a hard working student and am very interested in learning Mandarin for personal reasons (best friend is Chinese) and professional reasons (I would consider it a tremendous asset).
Since I am aware of the difficulty of learning Mandarin, I am looking for a native speaker who can provide special coaching and who has patience for me. I would like to have classes in the afternoon, but would like each session NOT to exceed 1hr 1/2, and not to exceed 3 1/2 hrs weekly. I would be willing to put in more time if the instructor feels it would be necessary and if my schedule will permit it.
