Hi, my name is Megen Horton. I am really, REALLY wanting to learn Lithuanian. I am a beginner. I have Lithuanian friends in person, and online that can help me, but cannot teach me. I am learning because I am applying for an exchange student program and I am wanting to go to Lithuania really bad! Something I have my mind really set on. I was going to go my 11th or 12th grade year. All year. Right now I am in my 10th grade year. So I have plenty of time to learn. I want to dedicate as much time as I can to my language lessons. Not only will I be taking lessons from somebody, but I also am getting a Lithuanian dictionary, and video cassett. My friends who live in America who are from Lithuania are also going to be helping me. The qualities I am looking for in my lessons teacher is that they are fun and outgoing. I am very outgoing and I don't like to just sit in class all day and have things told to me. I learn easier and faster with games and assignments and things like that. I can't learn if I'm bored. I have to be having fun! Please if you can help me!!!!

Hi, my name is John and I am a college student at UC Riverside and I live in Arcadia, CA. I have no knowledge of Hebew but am very interested in learning because I have an interest Biblical texts. I would very much like to become fluent in reading and conversing in Hebrew and I would like to spend 1 or 2 hours per session. I am looking for a teacher who is highly motivated to teach (because i am highly motivated to learn) and having some background in Biblcal Hebrew is a plus.
