I am currently interested in learning Hindi and Mandarin Chinese for educational/t ravel purposes. I have no experience with either/or. I would like to learn conversationa l and grammatical Chinese/Hindi . I would like to dedicate two days for an hour and a half into the study of either/or langauage.
T he qualities I seek for a tutor are patience and the ability to present and describe concepts, ideas in a percise and understandabl e manner. Some of my major frustrations with teachers/tuto rs deal with the inability to present their lessons in a clear manner. It is highly important that tutors possess this skill.

I would like to continue learning French as well as begin learning Chinese, mandarin. I learned to speak French in college and lived in Paris for six months, but now that I've returned to the U.S., my language skills are definitely not being used. I'd like to become fluent. I would also like to learn Chinese since I'm half, but never learned the language. So, I would need to start completely from scratch. I'm looking for someone that is patient, but also is disciplined as a teacher. I need someone who can outline exactly what we will be learning within the course and continue from that schedule. Other than that, I'm pretty open. I'd like to attend 2-3 classes each week, but spend time each day individually learning the language.
