I'm hoping to learn Portuguese so i can converse more fluently with my relatives and hopefully one day live there. I would like to learn some grammar but i mainly want to expand my vocabulary for conversationa l use. I am learning Portuguese because my girlfriend lives in Brazil. My Family is also from Brazil, Hong Kong, and Portugal so I have always wanted to learn. In January I will be visiting Brazil and much of South America and knowing the Language will help I think =]
I am a biginner with Portuguese and a highschool proficcient with Spanish.
Casual conversation and grammar are my weakspots and what I want to learn most.
I'm not working right now, but am looking for a job. When I do find work the time to dedicate to learning will revolve around work, but I'll make sure to study everyday at least a little to keep up with progress.
I want my teacher to be personable, friendly and pacient.
