I am a beginner but I have spent a few months in Thailand and have learned some basic conversation. I also have begun to teach myself to read Thai. I am learning Thai because I wish to live there, and, I enjoy learning new languages. I need more intensive training because when I teach myself, I get lazy. Maybe three hours every week of lessons and then 4-6 hours of study. I wish the teacher to be patient about pronunciation , but I want the teacher to give lots of homework

I would like to spend weekends learning with homework during the week (since I travel in my job). I have learned Thai with a book and tapes for the last 6 months with good progress, but I still consider my level as 'beginners'. I work for an international company and need Thai for my future career plans. I am planning to come to Bangkok for a week to practise conversation intensively and I need a teacher aproximately 4 to 5 hours daily.
