Hello,
I wish to learn Russian because my fiancé is Russian and I want to be able to speak to her and her family in Russian. She speaks English, but I think it will help us, especially in the beginning if I know some Russian.
I have just learned the cyrilic alphabet. I know a few basic words. I am a beginner. Sentence structure and vocabulary are the primary things I feel I need to study at this time. I wish to do 2 or 3 private lessons a week through December. I may continue with lessons when I return home in January.

I have interests in the language and the culture.
I have taken a basic russian course at Cambridge language school, and basic french in university.
I think I need a lot of help first in conversation, then in grammar.
I can dedicate an hour or two per week per language.
I hope the lessons will be challenging in the sense that it requires me to speak and the syllabus is enriching, such that I can have exposure to many aspects of the language and culture.
