I attended a french course at the Alliance Francaise in Oxford for about 5 months, and followed that with an intensive 3-week course in Aix-en-Proven ce before flying back to Singapore. Due to my very demanding schedule (I am a medical student) I have found it very difficult to consistently attend lessons at the Alliance Francaise here in Singapore. Also, I find that the standard of the class there is either too low or too high, because the books used do not correspond with the material I used at AF Oxford. I would describe my standard as intermediate. I'm keen to improve my grammar; I generally pick up vocabulary quite quickly so that's not too much of a problem.
I 'm looking to spend about 2 hours a week on French, and I'm seeking a private tutor that can be flexible to fit my schedule. It is likely that lesson dates/times will change from week to week. Native french speakers preferred, but not absolutely necessary. Would also prefer someone with previous experience.
