Hi!
My name is Simon and I am looking for someone to help me practice Japanese. I have lived in Japan for approximately 2 years and studied Japanese as a major at university, so I can speak, read and write with a degree of fluency.
I am hoping to work in Japan again (maybe 2009) and would like to have some regular practice in business and conversationa l Japanese first.
I would like to have weekly or fortnightly lessons and am looking for a teacher who can provide structured lessons and who has a good level of business language. Please contact me if this is you.

Hello my name Bardiya McKinnon and i am in year 11. I am studying Japanese for my HSC and I wish to have a further understanding of the language. I would say I am an advanced learner but I feel that I get lost in class sometimes, so i wish to improve my japanese. I'm a beginner in learning Japanese. Why I'm learning this language is because I plan to stay in Japan for about 1-2 years after I finish Highschool, also because I've become very interested in Japanese culture, music, styles etc. I'm also considering becoming a teacher in Japan.. but thats not definite yet.
I would be available on Fridays(1-2ho urs) and Sundays (1-3hours) for my language lessons. I would dedicate more time because I want to master the language pretty soon, but I am getting close to my VCE's and I have to handle work along with schoolwork, so I can't do more than two language lessons a week.
Qualities I look for in a teacher I guess are if she/he is patient with me, in case I find slight difficulty in some parts of the language I'm willing to learn. Also I would prefer native speakers who will teach me how to talk in conversations , writing etc.. and yeah.
