I have been trying to learn Norwegian on and off by myself for the past year or so. My boyfriend in from Nessoden or Oslo Norway. I consider myself to be a beginner. I only know present and very little past tense, vocabulary is limited and have trouble pronouncing certain vowels within certain types of words.
I just want to be able to speak and write decently...
What I did learn a while ago is leaving me fast because I don't have anyone to speak with.
My cell phone is a flat rate and can talk to anyone within the U.S. for free and am a Skype member and that is free when talking on the internet together with any other Skype member.
I appreciate any help I can get and can pay via check, creditcard or paypal if you are located far away.
