I have taken 4 years at the high school level and 3 semesters in the college level. The last class I had was 5+ years ago.
I haven't used it much since then and need a serious refresher. I would like to be proficient in the language someday and be able to travel and use it. I need improvement in grammar and in conversation.
I would like lessons in a small class setting or whichever kind is most affordable.

Salom! I am very interested in learning the Persian language! I am a beginner and would love to be able to communicate with my boyfriend and his family in Farsi. I think that it is such a beautiful language and it would be such an honor to be able to conversate with my boyfriends' family and friends in their native language. I am a student, but will have a lot of time during the summer, and a few hours a week, during the school year to dedicate to learning the language. Beginning level. Have had three semesters of German very long ago. My goal is to develop proficiency in reading German, although conversation would be nice, too. I want comprehensive instruction, i.e., not just how to read German, to ensure that I develop as much proficiency as possible. I need instruction in all facets of the language--pro nunciation, grammar, usage, spelling, conversation, etc. Am willing to study up to one hour dn weekdays and several hours on weekends. Instructor should be excellent, obviously. His or her patience is always useful.
